I'm pretty sure your regional will have a machine shop.

There will be a Machine Shop in Houston, and if there is anything that you need other wise feel free to come see Team 364 in the pits we would be glad to help you with any problems that you have. We are looking forward to houston and hope to see you there.

Yes, the Lone Star regional will have a machine shop. The basic capabilities will be milling, lathing, and welding (steel and aluminum). There will also be a large assortment of nuts and bolts and raw aluminum for teams to use if necessary.

depending on the caliber of your job, team 118 ususally brings some table top machines, (drill press, sander, ect..) that are open for anyone to use. But if you need the big boys, they have a machine shop, just make sure to have everything you're gonna need written down to give to the machinist before hand so you can get first in line and get what you need made.
