does anyone know when they plan on e-mailing the web excellence certificate?

I thought they were supposed to announce it at the regional and then later e-mail it to the e-mail address entered with the link when submitted

Last year they were e-mailed to teams after the Championships. However the Manual stated that this year the Website Winner and Excellence winners would be announced at the different Regionals. I don't remember that happening, but I might just have missed the announcement.
