FIRST Gallery

Is any one interested in donating/raising money for a FIRST Gallery? the idea behind this is so that all teams can come to one spot and post pictures of there robots, events and possibly even videos. Something like the FIRST Topsite (http://www.firsttopsite.com) (concept). The money raised will go to server and domain name costs. Fundage wold need to be a round $120 a year max.

1 domain name (firstgallery.com).
1 leased server w/20GB of storage and 400GB of bandwidth.

Yes, but it would be using the incredibly powerful Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=index). However you would be able to post as many pictures as you wanted and would be better organized/ easier to view. you can see Gallery v2 in action on my teams site (http://gallery.team486.com).

Again yes. however you cannot add your own pics. The gallery would be setup so that you can add your own pictures and would be in a hierarchal structure by team number. so far i have not found a site that provides this other than robotphotos.org (http://www.robotphotos.org).

I'd be more than glad to donate the server resources needed for this.

I had planned on having one of my design people do a layout for a site, but since it seems like you want to work on it, you can use the 2 domains which I registered for this project (roboticsshowcase.com & robotshowcase.com).
