If your referring to account size, it's becuase the account size grows with your system clock. I set mine a few hours ahead this morning and gained 200 MB in 5 seconds :P

Yea I am using 47 MB 2% of 2050 MB. I think the added storage is nice but not really needed as trying to send large files is hard with only a 10 MB attachment limit. I think they should work on that next, but hey it is free so I can't complain.

ok, lets see my storage space is up to 2051 MB, I have 50 Gmail invites left thats 102550 MB!!! I think it would be a challenge to use up that much space. You could store and entire DVD on your gmail account, just at 20mb at a time.

My guess is that Google has maxed out the space to 2075 since yesterday, but the clock was added as a gimmick to keep people interested.

Yes... it is called gmail drive and it is a windows shell extension (shows up as an additional hd) the only limitation is that files must be smaller than 10 MB. http://www.softpedia.com/get/Internet/E-mail/Mail-Utilities/GMail-Drive-shell-extension.shtml
