No, I'm not talking wrestling here. I'm talking about your favorite duo on the field in the way of EmCee/ play by play announcer. Prefereably from this year but not necessary. Which pair did the best of keeping the crowd entertained.
Let's do this, your favorite Play-By-Play announcer, your favorite EmCee and which regional(S) they were from. Bonus points if they were at the same regional. Please provide why they were youre favorite. This should be fun! LOL
Sacramento. MC: Mark Leon. Announcer: Dan Green. Mark Leon is always the man (I've been to three events with him as MC now), and Dan Green did an excellent job of play-by-play without being as repetitive as some of the announcers I've heard on the various webcasts.

I'd have to go with Paul and Dan at this years Midwest Regional. Dan always comes up with some off the wall things to say every competition and Paul really knows how to get the crowd on their feet.
My other favorite would have to be from the '03 FL Regional with Greg Hale and Andy and Ron announcing. I chose them because they had the entire arena on their feet throughout almost the whole day Saturday and because this was team 108's first regional championship win.

Karthik and Steve W. from Greater Toronto Regional .. though from the webcasts I must say that there are some other amazing "tag teams"

Its hard to compete with the Paul and Dan show, staring Paul Copioli and Dan Green. As seen at midwest this year, these two have great chemistry and they are both great at what they do. Now if you wanna talk fantasy teams, Paul and Dan doing head to head play by play at the same time, and Colin Fultz taking care of the MC duties, that would be a sight to see *cough cough do it for IRI cough cough*
two words:
COPIOLI VERBRUGGE

Andy Grady is the best play by play announcer I have heard yet! Put him with any respectable MC, and voila, awesome tag team.

I will second that. Steve and Karthik are always entertaining to watch. :D

I've never seen Karthik in person, but Steve W. did announcing on Curie last year, with Mark Leon as MC. Now THAT was an amazing tag team. (I'd forgotten about that, or I'd have put it in my original post.)

I'm going to go 'old school' here and say the best tag team is:
MC: Woodie Flowers
Play by Play: Ron Partridge
Alex Cormier

How can you get any better than the duo of Blair Hundertmark and Dan, "Mr. FIRST," Green. I've personally seen both of them many times, sometimes individually such as Blair in Phoenix, or together like at Boilermaker. These guys are awesome.
I missed the names but whoever did it at Detroit was very good. The MC was Canadian if I remember correctly. If someone could help me out that would be great.

Well besides my commenting at NJ and my MCing at NYC (that's my shameless plug *wink wink* lol) my favorite is Don Bowers who was the MC at NJ since I started until recent years when Ms. Gallop the "Queen of Cool" the "Princess of Problem Solving" took over. People say me and Big Mike made a devious (prolly not the right word but whatever) duo...what do y'all think?

MC was the wonderful Steve W. I kinda felt bad for him cause I swear the award speeches were written using the words "outstanding" and "outgoing" as much as possible. Poor Canadian :p
The announcer, I missed his name, but he was alrite. He was a "rookie". Paul kinda showed him the ropes so he did okay but he kinda went too long on the Sponsors list when introducing teams before a match.
I liked the duo at FLR. It was Steve W. announcing and some other guy that was awesome as MC.
