1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8!
Wow, that's the most tetras I ever seen stacked successfully.

This is a good picture too. I don't remember who was in the match (other than 25) but the whole stack almost completely toppled over.

I know that Team 1031 was involved because I took the pic, as well as my robot being in it haha, but I have also seen another pic w/ a different point of view posted somewhere too as i was looking through the pictures for the Las Vegas regionals... I think... my memory is horrible haha... I just know my alliance teams along w/ my team were only 1-3 tetras short of going to the Finals within the 2 matches we lost, eventhough we kicked but in out first semi-final match by a lot of points!!!

I am pretty sure that was 1027,173,1542 vs. 1507,1370, (116 missed that match). It was on Thursday during practice and 173,1507,1027 were just trying to show off. I think that 173 could have gone higher too.

Yes as coach for 173 I can officially say that that was during our practice match against 1507, where we decided to go out and just cap away and see how high we could go, and while I am not sure of the exact alliance partners, 1507 had the idea to see just how high a stack could go and if the goal would support it. Unfortunately it was the second practice round and our battery died midway so we were unable to go as high as we wanted. Yes though we could go higher, our arm extends 12.5 feet, so in theory maybe up to 14 high on a small goal and 10 on the center.

Geez! That's a heckuva lot a tetras! Congrats to the teams involved. Our robot dumped Tetras, so I never looked at the tops... ^^ I didn't watch most of the matches.
