Edit: Read the post wrong.

Go to the "Picture Galleries" (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/pictures.php?). Then click on "Upload A Picture." (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/pictures.php?action=uploadform&perrow=5&trows=5&sort=date&quiet=Verbose&direction=DESC) Fill in all the information and select "Who-Am-I" as the gallery. Once it's uploaded wait for the picture to be approved and it should show up. If there is a problem with the picture, one of people who approve it will probably contact you.
