:yikes: Our team is going to the Braves in Atlanta on Friday, are there any other teams going? We would love to get together, last year we went and got seats in Jon Smoltz's suite in the VIP section, it was a blast! :D

team 1071 was looking into it too last I heard, it's going to be weird with a bunch yankee and red sox fans from team 1071 at a Braves game..

A) Divide in two, half to the Game, half to the FIRST social
B)All go to the social
C) All go to the game

We whent last year and it was a blast!!
Tickets are fairly cheap depending on where you sit too.

one of our mentor's brother used to coach him in little league......

Wow... our team's right here and we didn't even think about it =\. I guess we can look into it next year (assuming Nationals is still at the Dome)

(assuming Nationals is still at the Dome) FIRST signed at 3 year contract w/ the dome, it'll be there next year, it's after that you have to worry about;)


The222 crew will either...
A) Divide in two, half to the Game, half to the FIRST social
B)All go to the social
C) All go to the game

The social is saturday night, thus no worries about splitting up the team.

As for RAGE, we considered it, but decided if people wanted to go, they could from thier own group, and i dont think anyone has much interest between cost and the yankees/red sox fans on our team (andy!!!)

'Tis true! WildStang will be making its second appearance at the Braves game this year. From what I have heard, we'll be on the UpperDeck, on the First Base side... so look for the giant collection of Tie-Dye :)

Man... I wish 624 will be there but there is no way we can afford it. Anyway, I'm sure that it's sold out anyway.

I just checked the Braves Web Site (http://atlanta.braves.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/atl/ticketing/singlegame.jsp) at 2:10 PM EDT, April 15th. I found 15 upper deck tickets all in the same row for next Friday night 7:35PM directly behind home plate. It is high up of course on row 22. Also, about 1 1/2 hours before game time about 150 tickets go on sale for $1. Yes that is one dollar!

You still have time consider group tickets (http://atlanta.braves.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/atl/ticketing/groups_benefits.jsp) (25 or more) which saves about $1 per ticket. Your team can also get their name on the world's largest outdoor high-definition display board.

You may want to call Ticketmaster 800-326-4000, to get more creative with perhaps consecutive rows as the website is tough to do that on.

Also, for those that may not want to have the sun directly on them during the game sit in the even numbered sections. Basically that is from home to left field.

Get there early as there is a lot going on prior to the game.

If your team is having an FLL team shadow them, this might be a fun thing to do with them on Friday night, especially if they are from outside the US!

Just to clarify, It is my assumption that Henery_222 meant to say instead of "Team Social", "VEX Team Social", as the VEX Social is the night of the Phillies v. Braves game. As for our team, we attened a braves game last year, so I can and do vouch for it's "fun" factor, but this year our team has decided rather to attend the VEX Social, [digress, tangental idea and plug for VEX Social] which I am extremely excited for...it's going to be awesome /[digress, tangental idea and plug for VEX Social] .

I just found out that, unfourtunatly, 66 won't be there. From what I'm told we could only get tickets for Sunday, when we won't be there.

How many tickets do you guys need? I just checked Ticketmaster for Friday night. They have 15 tickets all on the same row in the upper deck behind home plate at $15 each. :)

Team 230 is going to be there on Friday. Im pretty sure we got seat next to the big drum in the outfield. thats goin to be fun.

i called the stadium and they said wed be able to get $5 or $11 tickets there on friday night and that they dont sell out. thats weird that you arent able to get tickets. uh oh...

Could be that my team members, either the first or second times were uninformed. I really am not sure about whether or not we're going.

987 will be going to the game on saturday night. Not enough motivation to go to the social.... oh well, sorry everyone, I'd like to go. But I love baseball too, i really dont care either way. Most of our team wants to go to the game. We look forward to seeing everyone at nationals! I wish everyone a safe trip to Atlanta tomorrow.
