It's from dilbert the television show - Season 1, ep. 9, title "The Knack." Hillarious tv show :) I have the entire series on DVD and I could probably rip that one segment to XviD if someone really wants. Darn, I love the garbage man :)

A couple of years ago there was a longer version floating around the net. This is just the tag end. Previous to this "junior" has taken apart the doctor's non-functioning VCR and turned it into a stereo or some such thing. I lost my copy during an "upgrade" at work. If anybody has a pointer to the full version it would be great if they could post it here.
