Great job guys! This shows a lot of the creation process and it shows everyone who watches it the hard work put into making a great robot such as your own. BTW, maybe I am a little slow but what is on May17th? Great job on the video!!!

May 17th?
I'm thinking the release of it, seeing how this is a "documentary trailer"

17th is the annual team dinner date for this year. That's when the movie will be shown along with speeches, awards, and presentations to students, mentors, parents, and sponsors.

Just as an annoucement, the video that will be released next Tuesday will not be the official documentary, but an informal team video. The doc. will be released next month.

I'm using Sony Vegas. It's a less complex than Premier, but not as simple as iMovie.
The "Team Video" (draft of the doc.) will be released once I find the time to convert a web version and find some hosting. It's about 14 minutes long.
For the team video I got 4 other team members to help me clip my footage. I have over 24 hrs of footage(build and competition). Even with all of us working it took us 2 days. Perhaps the worst part is that every time I make a revision, I find new footage that I can add.
Thanks for the feedback and good luck with your team video! making such a video is a valuable experience to reflect upon your year.
