I would like to link every one to the IRI team list (http://www.indianafirst.org/events/iri/registered-teams/) . This is another GREAT job by Amanda Jtosh and David! I find it quite impressive on how fast IRI is filling up, hurry up folks your time is running out! :p Hopefully, IRI will be filled to capacity this year and have tons of great competition. GOOD LUCK TO ALL TEAMS! :)

wow! 10 states!
IN, MI, WI, IL, NJ, PA, OH, CA, NY, KS
and (if i'm not mistaken) the first bi-national IRI
ice cubed from ontario canada!
1305 can't wait for IRI. Hopefully we will show what Canadians are made of. We were excited to find out that it is a 10 hour drive not like 26 for Atlanta :p

Yikes, with all of these teams registering, we may need to start doing some planning and organizing... :)
If this was a regional then this would be the best and hardest regional there is.

Team 45 is still the lowest numbered team. We can't let that happen!
We need someone between 1 and 44 to sign up!

Richie -
If you mean (1)16, we are signed up - so Virginia will be represented!

Looks like the 2004 IRI Finals Teams (Champions: 71, 980, 269 and Finalists: 234, 45, 447) all have returned as well.
Also you have the Boilermaker Regional Championship Alliance (71, 1024, 269), 2/3 of the Midwest Regional Championship Alliance (71, 111) and several other regional champions.
Maybe the national champs will make an appearance? IRI has had at least one of the Championship winner teams since 2001 I believe.
yes. . . . Team Roboto #447 is already to go, cant wait to get back to playing some Triple Play!! :ahh:

50 teams have now signed up for the IRI, leaving only 10 spots available. Sign up quickly to reserve your spot - after the spots are gone, teams will be wait listed should an available spot open up.
Please take advantage of this opportunity!
Also, we currently have 13 states attending, and even a few teams from Canada. We're very excited about the wide variety of teams attending, and are looking forward to competition!

Looks like this year will continue the tradition. 330 is planning to attend, how could we not? So many good teams we haven't faced yet. :D
Now if we can just figure out how to get the robot there.

IRI currently has 60 teams. Teams 68 and 503 registered today, but the "registered teams" list is not yet updated. Also, team 2727 (27's second robot) has been put on the waiting list.
All teams registering for IRI from this point on will be added to the waiting list. Entry fees are due July 1st. Spots will open up after July 1st if teams' registration status changes.
Thank you to all teams who registered for IRI. We are now working hard to make this event the best it can be.
Sincerely,
Andy Baker

team 56 is going to try to get our money sent out next week, we secured our travel arrangements we have a truck with trailer that will be hauling not only the 56 robot but i believe 25 is gunna load their bot up into the trailer being it dosnt make sense to bring two trailers. the team list looks awsome and i cant wait to see you all in indiana.
p.s. if u live around us and need us to bring your bot if you can get it to us before we leave we will take it, but its just us and 25

The list of registered teams is amazing, definately shaping up to be a great competition. But remember we need your help to make it even better, everyone should consider signing up to volunteer, as its a great opetunity to give back to the FIRST community and its a whole lot of fun.
Dont forget that there is also a talent show, signup should be online on http://www.indianafirst.org very soon. Ohh and lets not forget the scholarship application I definately recommend signing up for that!
Cant wait to see everyone there, stayed tuned here and for the IndianaFIRST website for more details and news about IRI and other events in Indiana.

maybe...i'm not sure what the rules are in your country, but my guess is that as long as it is under 120# (or 54.545454 kg :) ) without a battery you should be ok.

Ok, this is going to sound reeeeeally random but on the IRI website, it doesn't have a contact us link for the event. Who do I contact if my team got really excited and two of us registered our team for the waiting list?

on the registered team list are they gunna put which teams confirmed they are paid and confirmed they will be attending and also are they going to post the waiting list??? im pretty much just curious to see whose definate who might be going kinda
Amanda Morrison

The waiting list will not be posted, to my knowledge. After a team is paid, they should receive a notification that we have received payment. Since the deadline for payment is July 1st, I don't think that this information will be available (at least not anytime very soon).
So in other words, no and no and no. But if you need to find out information for your team, email iri@indianafirst.org.
