Our team is working on an offseason project and we will like to use the gears of the FP gear box. We need to know what the PD is in all the gears, the preassure angle would help but is not necessary. I think if we get the pitch of the gears we can figure out what the PD is. I did a lot of research with some of meam mates but perhaps we just couldn't find it, if thats the case please direct us to it.

Thanks in advance for all the help.

Dave

Well, first off let me say that they are all plastic. You can bet your bottom dollar that the first one in the lineup is a 32DP 20 degree PA.

(I'm not sure why you are referencing pitch and diametral pitch separately because usually when we say pitch we do refer to diametral pitch - number of teeth per inch of diameter, perhaps you mean to be asking for the pitch diameter? But yes, you can calculate that if you know how many teeth and the DP)

As for the rest, I'm really not sure.

Yes that is what I mean the pitch diameter.
