Hey all,

Hopefully I'm posted this in the right place, as it is somewhat FIRST-related. I'm searching for photos of the HUGE t-shirt quilt SPAM made in, I believe, 2001. This is the second of the two we made. It was about 10 feet tall and 50 feet long. I just want the photo to show someone (and it's one of the photos I really wish I had taken).

I don't care about whether you have a soft or hard copy. I can make a copy of an actual photo then said the original back. Just email me at anhall@gmail.com or IM me at lbcanh if you have a photo.

Thanks,
Angela

They want to give the quilts away...nooo! Sorry, couldn't help myself. I have many, many memories of making those. One was in Spring 2000 and the other must've been in 99 (neither in 2001, i can't subtract). I remember sitting at a table with Dillard, George, Matt W. (now in the Cost Guard), Chris O (who's a brain surgeon or something) and several others tying the layers together.

Also: if anyone has SPAM tshirts I can use for the tshirt quilt I want to make, I'd really appreciate it. Mine got lost or something in all of the moves I've been through the last few years. Or any crew shirts from 2001-2004. FIRST was a big part of my life (and still is) and I don't want it to get left out of my quilt. Just PM me if you have a shirt to spare.

well don't worry both quilts still are home in the S.P.A.M. pit...

old shirts....basically none around from S.P.A.M. unless an old member wants to part with one...

I remember the second one our team made... great times the team has had over the years...

I'll put it down in my will, Angela. You can have my SPAM shirts when I die.
