Coming this summer, the sequel to the greatest movie ever about White Castle.

Arefin & Tytus go to White Castle!

I bet that white castle was sick of FIRST people by the end of that weekend. Aaron Lussier and I went in late Friday night and ordered 23 cheeseburgers + other things. Lets say the cook in the back wasn't exactly pleased that he had to make 23 cheeseburgers for 1 person. :D

No way man, that title belongs to In-N-Out Burger.

We didn't get a chance to go to White Castle last year, but Steak N Shake was pretty darn good.

Yeah but there was like 20 people there.
I ended up eating "dinner" at 1 in the morning (got lost again and had to turn around. Twice).
The poor waitress at the Steak and Shake looed so overwhelmed.

I was watching out for flying utensils. I kept seeing something shine out of the corner of my eyes and proceeded to freak out.

That was just an icy look.
No harm no foul.

Although White castle was good, the next day I was totally not feeling good at all.

Meh.. five words for you.

Smallest burgers in the world.

I'm sure that chef was used to making them in bulk since you can eat like, 10 and still not be full - kind of like a taco bell soft taco ten pack - but at least those taste good..

just seeing this picture makes me remember all the good times there...birthdays, holidays, late nights, prom dinner...

I LOVE White Castle. White Castle always reminds me of FIRST since I eat there at least three times a week during the build season. There is a White Castle on the way to my house. I never get to eat between work and when I arrive to GM, so I always eat on my way home at like 10 p.m. White Castle always sounds good.

Isn't there a Krystals still on Pass Road? They might not be as good as White Castle but they still have those small burgers for less than $0.50.

I believe Krystals and White Castle are pretty much the same thing (only our buildings are cooler). I guess living in the midwest, we take the WC for granted. I guess I've never thought I wouldn't have one around when you get those 2 a.m. cravings for 4 cheeseburgers, a sack of chicken rings, mozzarella sticks... mmm.

And Aaron... they don't call 'em Sliders for nothin'. I personally have never gotten sick, although I've known them to make someone 'uncomfortable' in about 20 minutes.

Unfortunately for Eric, White Castle was voted down for a lunch choice. Eric wasn't happy about it, but I told him we could stop at a White Castle on the way to Connecticut (there's one in a town not too far from the Tappan Zee Bridge, I believe) when we go, so he'll survive.

There's actually no grease to speak of in a White Castle burger. What some people derisively call their "slimy" quality comes from their being cooked with steam (and lots and lots of well-chopped onion).

Trivia: White Castle hamburgers' size and shape are the result of much experimentation to find a burger that can be cooked properly without having to be flipped.
