Our team is composing a video for fundraising purposes. Does anybody have any similar videos that we can use for ideas or take clips from? We also need video footage of competitions, particularly the P-tree regional. Really any FIRST related video would be appreciated

If chiefdelphi will let me post massive files or i can find some place else to put it, i will share the video with everyone when finished.

James:

Go to our website www.team341.com to view our donation video on the front page. It might help give you an idea of how to word what you want to say. It takes a while for the video to load so be patient.

Hope this helps.

If you search for "team videos" using CD's nifty search feature you'll find more than enough videos for ideas. And if you plan to use a song ask your older mentors if its something they'd listen to. If it's not pick another song.

And for footage... introducing (drum roll please) SOAP (http://soap.sigmacatrobotics.com).

Try the FIRST 2005 Championship video from the FRC Resource Center (http://www.usfirst.org/4vol/resourcectr/videoclips/). There are videos of the 2005 Triple Play animation on NASA's FIRST Robotics (http://robotics.nasa.gov/first/2005/kickoff.htm) page. I also have posted many videos on my teams website in the MultiMedia (http://www.team228.org/index/multimedia.htm) pages. Hope that helps. :)

I looked through every thread with w/mention of "video" and havn't found anything useful. Also, SOAP has no video from my regional and it is all low quality :(

You're kidding right? I have 2 gigs of FIRST team videos on my hard drive. Or nearly that, some of them are animations. An exceptional video to be noted to be noted is 121's 2004 year in review. Also are 195's 2005 video and 1604's videos and 121's American Robot Series. (If they're no longer hosted I'd be happy to get you a copy somehow)

You know, Google is hosting videos now. Perhaps you can upload it there.
