On October 29th, The Robotics Club at VCU is hosting the fourth annual FIRST Robotics Pre-Season Workshops. Sessions include beginning and advanced programming, electronics & hardware, pneumatics, design theory, 3D Studio, Autodesk Inventor, motors and drivetrain, and a special all-day "Rookie Workshop" which will give an overview of most of the previous topics as well as have a team forum for rookies to learn from veteran First-ers, Fundraising Workshops, and much more.
The Workshops are open to anyone -- students and mentors -- but is specifically geared towards teams around the vicinity of the VCU Regional.
