2005? Many of us were there for that, more than nine months ago. Where's the information for next year's remote kickoffs?

I know for a fact that that link does not have the 2006 information in it. I was told the the event that was at Northville last year will be held in Novi this year by the woman in charge.

Also, on that link I see no listing for a Wisconsin Kickoff. Anyone have some insider info on that? Thanks!

There will once again be a kickoff in Wisconsin at GE/WCTC in Waukesha. The paperwork for it was late getting in as we were confirming some late issues with satellite linkup. It should show up on that page sometime soon.

Will there be no NASATV broadcast this year?

There will be a broadcast. That's what all the Local Kickoff events are going to show.

I note that the label is now Local, rather than Remote. Quite a different meaning to use for the same thing, but I think it's very appropriate. It puts the focus on the teams around the world, rather than on the single stage in New Hampshire.

Of course, but will it be on NASA TV? I ask because we'd like to have the majority of our team watch the kickoff from the school. If it's going to be on some other satellite feed, then I need to make special arrangements. The local kickoff page does not give the satellite broadcast details like it has done for the past few years.

Many teams get together to watch the broadcast as a team. 116 always does.
