[OCCRA]: Female competition

If I understand correctly, the female competition will be much like the championship with four regular matches per team in the morning, and then a double elimination in the afternoon. If this is the case will an empty version of the elimination tree be available ahead of time? This would REALLY help our team to get an idea of how this thing is going to work. If this isn't how the competition is set up, we would really appreciate an official version of what is going to happen on the 3rd. Our coach has not received any information regarding the competition from Mr. McIntyre. Thanks!

You have the basic format correct.
I am the one that makes the tournament tree using a tournament software and then putting it in VISIO to make the chart.

At this time we do not know how many teams there will be. At some point Terry Kroll will give us a number and we can make the tree.

It looks as if a 8 alliance tree is enough as that would be 16 teams. At the monemt a e-mail was sent out that only 10 teams were registered.

Please check with your coach as McIntyre has been sending out information regarding the event. They should be sharing with the team.

The tree will be done I hope this weekend. The winning side is easy, the losers side is tricky to get correct matches.

We make sure 1 will not meet 2 until the finals and losers will be rotated to the opposite bracket upside/downside that they started in. This is so they play different teams.
