For all your modeling needs.
We're happy to introduce www.vexcad.com (http://www.vexcad.com) as part of the VexLABS website.

More models and updates to come.

Enjoy!

Thanks to Pete Kieselbach for helping with model development.

Just about any CAD system worth calling that will handle a STEP file just fine. It will probably b a "dumb" object that you can't edit but you didn't necessarily want to do that anyway.

John,
when opening the Shaft_Collar part in stp format the following error is revealed.
edit: Also, the Vex_motor as well.. same error.

Imported1: Warning: During geometry integrity checking this feature is found to create invalid geometry.

They look ok though, (all surfaces are joined correctly as far as I can tell) but they just have that error.

I opened them in SolidWorks 2001 Plus btw.
