There must be some great paradox incumbent to the fact that the new year doesn't happen everywhere at once...

Oh well, I can't afford to fry my brain trying to figure it out right before FIRST season. Happy new year's everyone! :)

I just saw the fireworks celebration in Sydney on tv.

We'll get to see 2006 it in about another 4 1/2 hours. ;)

Strangely 2006 feels alot like 2005....
Hey, at least you could tell when it was or wasn't 2006. I was doing a show at WUSC until midnight, and had six different clocks telling me six different times. (EAS clock, my iBook's clock, sound board clock, clock on cart system, playlist clock, system clock synchronized to Apple's servers for close-enough accuracy.)

It's enough to make a guy want to get a room full of atomic clocks. ;)

Heh, same thing here, except I was at home...I was in my kitchen eating dinner (yah, kind of late, I know) with a few friends. we have 3 clocks in the room (oven, microwave, radio) and they all were a few minutes off, and when I set the time, I set it so that they all show the same time. (yet they are all different now) then we have everyone who was wearing a watch...so we had about 7-9 different times...and we didnt exactly know when it hit midnight. To make it worse, the tv channels had different times too!

Yet another need for a room full of atomic clocks lol

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!! :D i hope everyone spent there new year wonderfully. i did i went to the kokomo ball drop. lol :] everyone should come next year it was pretty cool.
