Starting a new team- advice?

We are being forced to start a new team at a new school next year that we will be forced to go to? Does anybody have any advice or anything for us? Thanks.

Team 31 starts a new team every year, if you would like our information on how we do all this I would be glad to e-mail it to you or talk to you about it. If i tried to write it all in this post it would be several pages long :)
