Here's another format that I used last year. Helpful if you are searching for specific penalties based on specific category by filtering.

Last year used as cheat sheet when reffing, filtered it by what I preferred, and sized it really small for pocket. If anything's wrong, let me know.

Will be updated as new info is available.

Not sure why it's not working for you, hopefully is by now. The link was created automatically. You might just go into White Papers > Misc and get it that way or I can email it.
