The easyC product keys are e-mailed to the primary contact for your team. Most, if not all, of them have been sent out by now. Check with the primary contact for your team (as identified in the TIMS system) - they should have what you need.

The main contact of your team should have received an email with the product key for one user. At least ours did. You can download the trial software from their website.

"Low" depends on your altitude and attitude. Our team is very cash-strapped, so we'll be holding ourselves to the single license and attempt to share the "seat" (my laptop). I suspect that chaos could soon ensue if you tried to get too many hands into the (inherently non-sharable) visual development pot.

Just my $0.02 for whatever you think it is worth.

PS. But, then again, I still write C in an editor and compile from makefiles in a command prompt!
