Greetings Teams:

Please remember the deadline for turning in your Replacement Parts Request is today, January 11th at 11:59 pm (Eastern Time)

The Replacement Parts Request system is accessible via the Team Information Management System (TIMS) at http://www.usfirst.org/robotics/res_art2.htm

To begin the process of submitting a Replacement Parts Request, teams will:
Log into TIMS with your Logon ID and Password;
On the right side of the team summary page, under the "Kit of Parts" header, click on the link to "Submit a Replacement Parts Request HERE;"
Follow TIMS instructions to complete a Replacement Parts Request
**IMPORTANT** As with last year, there will be a "one time only" chance to submit a Replacement Parts Request. Please be very careful to make sure your request is both accurate and complete prior to pressing the "Confirm Request" button. Once the request is submitted and confirmed there can be no changes to it. Replacement Parts Requests will be processed and shipped to teams in a timely manner.

Please note that the system will not allow teams to request a quantity of parts higher than the number originally sent with the kit. This system is also not to be used to order additional or purchased parts. FIRST will make available to teams a list of parts sources from which additional parts can be obtained. This list will be posted on our website shortly.

All requests must be placed by 11:59 pm (Eastern Time) today, January 11, 2006.

TIP! Please make sure your Shipping Contact information is accurate and complete in TIMS as this is to whom the parts will be shipped!
