We are behind a school firewall which appears to limit ftp access.
Is there another place we can get at all the NI apps to download?
thanks

thanks I am not sure if this is FTP access behind the scenes or if it's really an HTTP access route, but you can go to:
http://labview8.ni.com/outgoing/FRC/
to get to the files. I will be moving the files to a pure HTTP soon, so watch the sticky to note the new location. Team 418 has this problem too - as a matter of fact, the school blocks even the port used for activation so we have to activate over the phone which is a MAJOR pain in the 'bot.
Let me know if this works for ya.

I got "404" error with your http link above.
Item 2 - I'm feeling pretty dumb the last couple days. Doc's say we are to open "target.cfg", but we can't find said file in any of the downloads we've done - CAM...gui or NI. Were we supposed to build the config file, or was there one we were supposed to start with, and if the latter, where is it, pls :)

I got "404" error with your http link above. You are correct, the link no longer exists. I posted here (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showpost.php?p=441597&postcount=7) the new locations for the program downloads, and these are all http downloads. Check the this thread (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/showthread.php?t=41214) for recent patches or updates to the programs.

Any help with the target.cfg? The target.cfg in the NI Download is actually labeled "2006 target.cfg". It's the same file.

Any help with the target.cfg?
thanks for the updated link to NI downloads.
The updates are just that and as such don't contain all of the files. Download the original release and then copy over the files in the latest updates.
