View Full Version : Mozilla doesn't let me give reputation!

I'm in mozilla 1.7.12 (no, not firefox. Mozilla is faster.) When I click on the little reputation icon, all I get it an extra tab with the same page in it. It works fine when I try it in IE though. I even allowed popups from chiefdelphi.com and that didn't help. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have used Mozilla and haven't had this problem. You may try checking security settings along with pop-up settings, though I don't know how much that would help.

i just tried it in firefox, and it will not allow you to open the rep window in a new tab, you have to change your settings to allow it to open in a new window, when it opens a new tab the link directs it to the current webpage

Thanks, I disabled the 'open javascript links in new tabs' feature in my Single Window extension and that did the trick.

I am also using Mozilla (1.4.1) and I didn't have any issues with the window, but despite attempting to give positive rep, it only gave neutral!! :ahh: Has anyone else seen this?

Since you are a relatively new user (with only a few posts) your reputation counts as neutral for a while. Once you hit a certain combination of # of posts, # of days registered, and reputation, then yours will start to count towards other people.

Hope this helps. There's a few other helpful tips about reputation in the FAQ link up top.

Thank you! I should have looked into that more. You do a great job on this website.
