Youll never guess what these are gonna be~~~Those look so familiar!

It seems like just a few hours ago our team was pressing those exact same gears on to our CIM motors!

They wouldn't have anything to do with this white paper (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/papers.php?s=&action=single&paperid=398), now would they? ;)

That really is a good idea! we have had success with something very simular. I would argue that this is a little easier to do. (providing the machining capabilities are available.)
