you can only post one message every 60 seconds
this prevents someone from hitting 'Submit ... back ... submit ... back ... submit ... back' or some other form of attack.
i changed the limit from 60 to some other lower, but significant number :p

vBulletin comes defaulted to 60... it was 60 for a while, and then it changed to 47 seconds on 07-30-2001, and has been there since.

Using what? JS? I don't think that a hack like that is really necessary. If you can reply to a message in less than 47 seconds, then your connection is too high. :) I have a 56k, so i don't think that i could go that fast. Yes, i think i'v gonnen the error once or twice, but usually, by the time i read all the new posts, and think of something good to say, it takes longer than 47 seconds. If you can respond to 2 messages in less than 47 seconds, is what you are saying really need to be posted. As said earier, its to prevent spamming/cracking of the forum.
Just my $.02 (They need to make a cents sign for the keyboard. does anyone know Alt key for cents? ie: for ü it is hold 'alt' then type 0252)
