I've been keeping my eye out for one but haven't seen it yet this year. Last year I remember FIRST releasing the short version of the Robot inspection list for teams to double check against before shipping is one of those available?

Noah,
I have not seen one yet, but you should download last year's. It will follow closely with the addition of the added chalupa motors and the either/or electrical breaker panel.
