Where is the Part Features pull-down menu?

We are trying to wire our control board using inventor and the directions we have say to click the Part Features pull-down menu, but we can't find it. We are using inventor 10 if that makes a difference.

the Part Features toolbar is in the drop-down menu directly above the panel housing the sketch tools (the default for this is the top left window on the screen.

I'm pretty sure you didn't because we were looking for it the entire time and we never finished what we needed it for.
