So whats that one piece of technology that you own and can't see yourself living without?

Mine?

My nearly a year old 60GB iPod Photo. It was a high tech and state of the art iPod when I got it, now its really outdated and huge. But I still love it.

And my T-Mobile Sidekick II. Web, text, IM, email, phone...how did I ever survive without it?

Surprisingly addictive - for Christmas I got the wife a shower radio, now we can't live without it.

I would say, my mp3 player, my cell phone, my lap top, and most of all my alarm clock that projects the time on the ceiling. It's so nice to not have to look over and try to read the time; and it wakes me up gradually, not just all at once with a sudden, loud buzzing.

If you go strictly by hours of use, my new laptop (compaq/HP) gets the most use per day

but depending on what Im doing:

Hobie Sailing: my Magellen Handheld GPS is my favorite toy
Music: my rack of studio effects processors and my Line 6 Guitar pedals, along with my RCA Lyra MP3/MP4 player that I use to record and overdub harmony. Im also inclinded to say the Korg M1 is the greatest keyboard ever made!
Photography: how did we ever get by without digital cameras?

I do use my iPod (20 GB, 4G) quite a bit, often with a Griffin RoadTrip that I won in a TUAW (http://www.tuaw.com/) contest. (Linked because I think they're good, not because I won the contest.)

Besides that, I also find myself frequently using my iBook. I sometimes couple it up with an Griffin AirClick USB (also won in the contest) that lets me control iTunes without having to be right there. Quite handy if you just got out of the shower and want some muzak.

I guess you could say my favorites are the things i cant go a day with out..

1. Cell Phone (either my motorola v220 or my dad's Razor)
2. Laptop (it may be a crappy dell, but it gets the job done)
3. iPod (my lovely nano =] )
4. 4 port USB hub (i only have 2 ports on my laptop...thats a problem)
5. USB cord with 5 snap on heads (you never know when you'll need USB)
6. any one of my 3 flash drives ( FAST DATA MOVING ! =] )

=]

Oh how I love technology, but it may a little too much

My internal organs seem to be the only thing I can't see myself living without.

Though I like my fourteen-four Black and Decker more than most of my (so-called) friends. And I would kill for a digital SLR.

Hmmm. I'll have to say my laptop (iBook G4), cell phone, gamecube (my boyfriend successfully turned me into a game addict), my Canon Powershot A520, and my keys (even though they aren't gadgets, I can't live without them).
