Auto aim in user control mode

We have written a very effective auto aim routine that works perfectly in autonomous that we also plan to use under user control . However we are having issues with incorporating the function in the user mode. We tried calling the function as well as posting the raw code in the section between get data and put data (I believe it is call process data from mater mp) we also commented out the pwms for our turret in the default routine so they were noit mapped to joysticks. Any help or sample code would be great.

It runs just like it did before the routine was added, THe drive remains the same, I will post the code later when I have the laptop.

If any one has a sample of their user code where they added there own routines and could post that or email it to me jamesbrown830@gmail.com that would probably be all that I need.
