Looking for small M4A files (AAC encoding), <200KB that have plenty of metadata {artist, albumart, genre, ...}
Any help would be great.

Here's what is on SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/search/?words=M4A&type_of_search=soft) which usually has light weight stuff. I'm not sure you'll find one less than 200KB though. :(
