Hey all.
On behalf of my alma mater, Team 1073, I'd like to extend some thanks and congrats on performance today.
Thanks:
THANKS to every team that was allied with us for a win. We had an awful lot of luck and wouldn't have been seeded nearly as highly as we were were it not for some fantastically clutch alliances in the qualification rounds
THANKS to teams 97 and 1307 for being our alliance partners in the quarterfinals. We went up against a tough team and almost got them. 97, you guys played incredible defense against 296 and 1307 your ball shooting was a skill neither of us had.
To whatever team was playing the "Throw paper airplane floats" game with us
Congrats
First off, huge congrats to 1276, 133, and 1519. Kaizen--you built the robot we wanted to build but didn't have the cojones to try, and you executed a masterful gameplan. BERT, you guys are awesome every year. And 1519--you guys are simply amazing. To have built a robot of your quality, in your second year, as a team of almost all underclassman that sprouted from an FLL team...my god, that's just impressive. You'll represent BAE GSR fine at Georgia.
296, you guys built a helluva robot and we always cringed in awe during the 5 matches that we played you. I mean...wow. It's too bad they couldn't send you guys to nats as well...I hope some way you can go.
190--see my post in your main thread.
Awesome showing, all of you.
