Heidi actually uses Paint Shop Pro.
(Very funny post about using MS Paint. :) It might be good for drawing, but it's not the best photo editor.)

Good advice, and I really should follow it, but you know what? I'm a brat and rather incorrigible (or is that encourage-able, never could decide), and not very good at following advice, especially good advice. But I'll keep it in mind (along with all my other devious plots and such...)
