Battlecry 3 volunteers needed?

My team is on the waiting list but most likely wont be able to compete because by the time we find out a spot opens, we wont be able to notify teammates cuz we're basically already out of school for this year.
Anyways, I wanted to know if the event needed any volunteers? I would love to help out, be a crew member, probably not a referee cuz I dunno the rules well enough. I may have a couple friends that are interested as well, so if any positions are open, let me know ASAP!!!

Jon, I sent an email to that address and recieved 2 replies that 2 people are "out of the office" until such and such a date. Does that address simply forward the message to multiple addresses. Basically what I am asking is.. Did someone else besides those 2 auto-replies get my email?? Heh... very badly worded but it's late and I'm tired.....

Don't worry about those replies. That email goes to all of the project managers, including myself. I am not the one in charge of volunteers so i can't take action.
