Am I missing a compressor file? I can't seem to be able to play the videos.

Apparently you need to update your bandwidth capabilities or possibly upload your video to another location (I.E. S.O.A.P. or myself).

I would download from you and upload to my site but it gives bandwidth exceeded errors.

I had the same problem for awhile. I downloaded an updated version of QuickTime (version 7) then it worked fine.
