Promo Video contest!!

I know a lot of people make promo videos for their team. I was wondering if we could host a promo video contest and the wining team get awarded with a trophy. Entries couldn't be more than ten minutes long and would follow the rules of the Official Unofficial Robotics Film Contest. But they would be uploaded on Google video or maybe a team's website could host them?
