Looking for help

Hi! I'm a student at Iowa State University and am finally getting back into the swing of things with FIRST. Iowa State university, as I understand it, has a 5 year old FLL program that facilitates the organization of mentors and sponsorships of teams. I recently chatted with the organizer of all this and we talked Lego's, rural schooling, and robotics. Both of us have seen the effect of robotics teams on the overall effectiveness of FLL programs; we want the same for Iowa State. If any one has some information on the new vex program this would be very helpful. If you are interested in establishing an Iowa State program I would certainly like to know you better. And finally, any thoughts or tips for us would be very appreciated.
