RINOS Team Development Manual For Mentors

The RINOS program is the NJ Region's new team recruitment and mentoring program and is adding about 10 new teams a year to our region here in the Northeast.

To help our mentor teams we have created a resource manual that is full of ideas, insight and links to be used by veterans in helping new teams get started. In the next few weeks a second manual specifically with resources for rookies is due for release.

If you have an interest in being a big brother team to a new rookie or just want some new perspectives on team operations drop me an e-mail and I will forward a pdf on to you. Unfortunately the file is too big for upload into the CD white pages.

Direct requests to smwonder@comcast.net

I will e-mail it on to you ASAP.

Now added-

The RINOS Manual for Rookies

the sequel to the Mentor Manual- the Rookies manual has lots of info and ideas for new teams just getting started. We took information that our pre-rookies normally look for from us and compiled it into a HUGE booklet. For kix we added appendices with our old team organization plan and the 2006 team manual for Raider Robotix.

The manual is a great addition to Team in a Box or Moementum and gives yet another perspective on getting your team moving.

If you have an interest or wish to pass it on feel free to contact me at smwonder@comcast.net .

Both these manuals are now available online for download at www.raiderrobotix.org

Look in the RINOS page for the button. PDF format.

The page is in rebuild mode so forgive the "compromised" condition.
