I was thinking maybe we could get robot information from everyone's team, so it could help with scouting.
Team 204- Eastern Robotic Vikings
Robot Name: Odin
Robot Specs:
- 2 driver motors on custom gear boxes ( 2 small CIMs).
- 2 large CIMs for shooter.
- Modular electronics boxes means no electronic failures and easy maintence.
- Shoots for 3 point goal and human fed.
- Can make up the ramp EVERYTIME.
- Prefers to be defense (highly defensive).
Our Strategy: We are the perfect compliment to any team. Having a solid shooter and a strong defense, we are the well rounded robot to handle any situation. OUr professionally designed and made gear boxes fused the perfect ration for matching speed and power that many teams have not found. This enables speed, defense, and getting up on the ramp while only running on 2 wheels. Our shooter puts no spin on the balls, meaning consistent goals. Autonomous is designed for defense, obstructing the opposing team.
Facts from our competitions so far:
- Have never tipped over.
- High score 74.
- No penatlies so far!
- Modular electronics... FIRST of its kind!
Other Team facts:
- All student run!
- Member of FIRST since 1998.
- Won the Philadelphia Regionals in 2003!
- Run a VEX league among our communities.
- Have a very low budget, yet makes up for in inguenuity.

TerMOEnator has had specs posted (http://moe365.org/specs.php) all season.
(But Freddy, you saw us at Philly!)

Our robot specs can be found here (http://www.team1538.com/engine.php?page=robots&style=cow-metallic)
Other facts about our robot:
Custom Chassis - New this year, will make improvements and likely use it next year. The chassis is very strong and the same weight as the kit chassis, 1 of its 4 rails can hold over 200 lbs.
Custom Wheels - New this year as well, 6 custom aluminum wheels. The center wheels is dropped 1/16" and are 2" wide, the front and back wheels are 1" wide.
Speed - 7 ft/sec (low gear) 17 ft/sec (high gear)
We also can play great defense.
When it comes to the ramp we can make it on and off the ramp without a problem. We can sometimes even move around on the ramp.
We can pickup off the ground and human load.

- 4 motor drive 4 wheel drive
- custom 8.5" x 3" gum rubber wheels on back
- custom 8.5" omni wheels on front
- ball collection device
- ramp shooter (3 pointers)
- very low COG
- can score low goal
- can human load
Strategy:
score, score, score!!
Team - 180 SPAM
Robot:
Name: Ahab
Powerful 4 cim motor drive train. Skid steering with tank-treads. 3 ft/s, 8 ft/s, 12 ft/s.
Retractable hopper for human player loading.
Camera-aimed turret with azimuth and elevation control.
Can score effectively even if being defended against.
Strategy:
Score, play awesome defense, refill, score again, push alliance partners (or oponents) on ramp, drive ourselves up onto the ramp, win.
Florida Regional: Third seed after qualifying rounds and went on to win with the able assistance of teams 79 and 1649.
Palmetto Regional: Sixth seed after qualifying rounds, picked by the first seeded team 68 and lost in the semifinals.

- Low Speed: approx 3 ft/s
Mechanisms:
- Floor Pickup (Minibike driven), hard-but-possible toploading
- Helical ball hopper
- Corner Goal Shooter
Strategy:
Autonomous: low goal score from starting box (usually 7-10 scored). Includes adjustable time delay to allow alliance partners to get out of the way.
Offense: Score in low goal or defense on the defense.
Defense: Backbot ball collection or defense
Ramp: Theoretically, though never in a match
