As you may or may not have noticed, the Chief Delphi chat room has been turned off.
It was never really used, and if used by more than 2-3 I think it wouldn't have held up under a big load like that.
Please, as an alternative, check out Tigerbolt FIRST Chat (http://www.rit.edu/~us1stwww/chat.html)
