Can someone tell me why the Beatles are not feature on iTunes. I was searching and it has all tribute bands for the Beatles.

If there are any other band that you feel should be posted on iTunes and not, post here? Old Bands need their respect too! and also money.

Lol

Apple and The Beatles' Apple Records do not get along; that's why.

Not all of them. He owns a majority of the Lennon-McCartney colection, but I'm 99% positive George and Ringo's songs (Not a whole Lot) are all owned by themseleves, but don't quote me on that.

Apple Records and Apple Computer are at odds with each other.

Apple Records was created by the Beatles back in the late 60's. When Apple Computers came out in the 80's, it was not an issue, because they had nothing to do with music recording, production or distribution.

But since they have gotten into the Itunes business there is a market-name related conflict between Apple Records and Apple Online Music (Itunes).

As I remembering reading, it was unveiled during the proceedings in the Apple Corp. V Apple Computer trial that Apple corp is preparing some Beatles tracks to be released on iTunes.
