I spent lunch on Saturday running around and checking in with all the teams I knew from last year and previous competitions. So here are my multi-divisional thanks and congrats.

Firstly, of course, to the World Champions 296, 217, and 522. You had a great alliance and it was awesome to see you play on Einstein. Congrats especially to 296, the first Canadian team to win Championships. When I saw you at BAE, I knew you guys would do well, I just didn't know how well.

Congratulations also to the other Division Champions: 25, 968, and 195, 451, 503, and 1139, 177, 1126, and 201

I have already Congratulated Team 111, but congrats again to the Chairman's Award Winners and to teams 365, 503, and 842 the honorable mentions and to all the other award winners.

And some personal thanks and congrats to teams that I know:

Team 1629- We had an absolutely wonderful time hanging out with you. I am glad that we were able to get together to play Frisbee and sit together in the stands. I'm sorry that you guys didn't get picked for the finals, you certainly deserved it. I'm also glad that we were able to play one more match together. Our robots were really well suited to each other. Stephanie, I especially had a great time meeting you and hanging out. Hey, I found out I have a 1629 "I Love Robots" button from last year.

Team 1184- I am so glad that you guys made it to Championships. I'm sorry that you didn't get to play the finals, you had an amazing robot that would have been a great pick for any alliance. You are awesome and I hope you have many more successful seasons in your future.

To both teams- The fact that we did not fair so well at the Championships in no way diminishes our win at Chesapeake, we made a great team.

Team 176- Our sister team! Congratulations on your wonderful season. Congratulations on a being a regional finalist, regional champion, and national division finalist. I had a great time talking with you guys at the party and I'm sure that we will see you at off season competitions. (Also congratulations to teams 111 and 122 their partners)

Team 33- Congratulations to our former alliance partners on being Division Finalists. I was so happy for you when I saw you sit down near the Einstein field with your medals on. (Congrats also to their partners 233 and 1902) I had a great time cheering with you guys on Curie last year.

Team 108- Thank you so much for partnering with us in Curie again this year. I wish that we had made it further this year, but We enjoyed sitting with you anyways.

Team 234- Thanks to you also for having us as a part of your alliance, you had a wonderful robot. I wish we could have gotten to see you more. Also, congratulations on the Entrepreneurship Award.

Team 1519- Congratulations on being a Championship alliance captain at your first nationals in only your second year as a team. I know you guys work very hard to have a team every year. Congratulations also for the success of your Lego League teams. You are really an inspiration.

Congratulations to all the teams this year for a job well done, you have all accomplished so much! I hope to see you next year. (wherever it is that I end up) :) :) :)

I've already thanked a few teams in the Galileo division thread, but we have to send a big thanks out to team 75. When we thought one of the minibike CIMs on our shooter was broken, we went to the pit admin to see if anyone could get us another one. They sent us straight to team 75. Not only were they happy to lend it to us, they told us we could keep it and not need to worry about giving it back! Huge props, guys!

First thanks for mentioning us :)

Second: Team 1519 was great on the Newton field and at BAE.

Third: Congrats to 133 on a fine year. Winners at BAE and Captains on Newton.

Special thanks to our alliance partners 111 and 122, we could not have been finalists without you.

Thanks to all the unsung teams that helped us win every qualification match.

Thanks to 1124 for the cheers and the help at UTC.

Congrats to 177 and 195 for getting to the big field.

And yes big congrats to 25 and 968 for winning Newton with 195. And to 296, 217 and 522. We thought 296 was amazing at BAE also.

I know I left some people out, but I hope everyone had a good time. This was a great game this year.

To 175: You deserved to be picked, we were all happy for you. Caroline, Nick and Kristine, I had a great time hanging out with you guys during the finals. Thanks again to your whole team for "adopting" Emily and me for the finals when seating became an issue. Rematch at Chesapeake next year, I want to play frisbee with you guys again! Keep in touch in the off-season; I hope I see you again someday since you're graduating, Caroline. I'll see the rest of you at Chesapeake next year!

To 1184: I hope you come to Chesapeake again next year, and I'm glad you made it to Championship. It felt all sentimental-ish when we were queued for our match with Buzz and you were waiting for your next match nearby...thanks for the plaque you made us, we all loved it. Let me know what off season events you're going to, if you decide to do any.

Congrats to all the teams who won awards...I'm far too lazy and swamped with schoolwork I should be doing to look everyone up right now...but you all deserve a huge round of applause.

I would like to congratulate team 1139, the Chamblee Gear Grinders. You were the only team to represent Georgia in the playoffs. Needless to say, you represented us very well by winning Curie. Congrats and good luck in the next season.
Congrats to the Forsyth Alliance (1746) for winning the National Imagery Award as Rookies.
Thanks to team 968 for the Sprocket you let us have on thursday.
Thanks to John Cory Brown THE THIRD (832) for helping us out SO much running frantically to matches and helping us carry stuff, helping us fix our bot, being our "body gaurd"etc.
Thanks 1746 for hanging out with us and for the magic tricks.

I would like to extend a huge thanks to team 11 and team 85 for pairing with us, and helping us give the biggest of the big dogs a run for their money.

And a HUGE thanks to team 1002 who gave us 14 inches of .5" aluminum on pit day which without this team 229 wouldn't have shot a single ball for all of nationals. You guys are great.

A huge 'Thanks' to team 75, Robo Raiders, for stopping at Pit Admin to offer their services to help any team that needed any assistance. They left a student at Pit Admin for most of Thursday, and all of Friday and Saturday, to serve as a runner for any of the team 75 engineers as needed to help other teams. They told us they had brought as good sized group with them, were in pretty good shape themselves, and had time to help other teams.

I think this was 'gracious professionalism' at it's best!

Congrats 75!
