Hey everyone. There will be an organizational meeting on Sunday, May 28 to discuss next year's version of FSN. Please reply to this thread if you are interested in attending, or send me an email at adam.m.richards@gmail.com
Location: http://irc.firstscouting.net/ (need Java) or irc://irc.freenode.net/firstscoutingnetwork (if you have an IRC client installed)
Date: Sunday May 28
Time: 8:30pm Eastern/7:30pm Central/6:30pm Mountain/5:30pm Pacific (1:30am Monday GMT, 3:30am Monday Israel)
Please arrive early, as the meeting will begin immediately at 8:30pm Eastern. We will be discussing many topics for 2007, including (but not limited to) staff organization, primary programming languages, potential features, possible project mergings, and intended profligation of the scouting network.
All are welcome to join, including those involved with related projects (STAMP/SOAP/233's Java-Based Program/etc.). If you know anyone who would be interested, please invite them to join in! New teams interested in the project are always welcome. During the meeting, I will ask all persons involved in FSN to fill out a short survey that will allow us to assess the programming abilities of the team, so we can choose the best options available.
Thanks!
