That's cool to see the machine shop. I've been to the JPL open house half a dozen times but never seen the machine shop.

:yikes: Drill bit vending machine. Sweet. Every machine shop should have one of them, and keep it well stocked.

I KNOW!! that is exactly what I said when I got in there. the GEEK machine!

I just wish I had this shop during build season.

That huge mill is also capable to take one huge 28x38x60 chunk of aluminum and make a single solid chassis. No welds or fasters required :D
