There is usually a break of a month or so each year to honour the year's regional Woodie Flowers award winners.

I can't speak for the UFH Committee, but I imagine there'll be a new UFH on Thursday.

Next up should be Rob Mainieri (2006 WFA) and then back to your regularly scheduled UFH.

Ask Amanda.

Keep in mind that the lady Amanda has just taken a new job, moved herself to the NorthEast, and has to put up with people like Grady, Needel, the Kelsos, and Boucher. Let's give her some patience and sympathy. :)

It'll be coming back soon.

Bring nomination ideas to the IRI, if you're attending.

Also, nominate for the normal UFH via the web (http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/ufh.php?action=nominate). Nominate, nominate, nominate. Lack of nominations = no UFH.

I don't think she will have any trouble with Needel or the Kelsos but... I can understand Grady and we do have visible evidence of the menace that is Jessica Boucher. (just ask Billfred)

Hey! Baker, Skierkeiwicz, one more word out of you two and I'll have to pull out the Clipboard of Doom :p

I'll have you know, that we have already started the conversion (or corruption, however you want to view it) for Ms. Morrison from a good ol' fashioned Indiana farmgirl, to a hard nosed, crazy drivin, wheelin, dealin, New Englander!

When she returns...you wont even recognize her...she'll be saying "I paaked the cahhh wicked haaaad in Manchestah!"

Its already begun folks...the Amanda you know is now one of us!

mwahahahaha!

alrighty - I'm going to take a guess at what Andy Grady said. I want you to know it kept me up last night:
"I parked the car wicked hard in Manchester!"

Did I get it right? And if so, that is scary, too, assuming I know what that means. :ahh:

yup, you did.

and New Englanders don't sound exactly like that. It's more of the pride that goes into the driving, and telling someone off, rather into the parking, unless of course, you are telling someone off. Frustrating. For some reason, everyone up here has road rage.

I do have a question, though. Why do people feel the need to DRIVE FAST IN THE SNOW?

Kathie,
If anyone can, you can! I have to tell you that Texans are an onery bunch, I have family down there. Just tell Jane you're from north of Nashville, it's the truth afterall.

Currently, no UFH is posted for the month of July for a simple fact: no nominations = no UFH.

I'll encourage you all to start nominating, or else the UFH award will not be functional for much longer. It's a shame.

We are currently working on some nominations that have come in very recently, and hope to get the award underway again soon.

Thanks,
Amanda Morrison
