okay, so the gears inside the motor keep on stripping even with the clutch, are there any that are more durable, it seems to always be the three tiered white gear in the back side of the motor,

go to the local hobby house and get a metal geared servo. I went through atleast 2 plastic onces before i stepped up the a metal one for my R/C truck. I haven't had any problems with my vex motors.

I'm curious; are you intentionally working it as hard as possible, or is this just the result of long-term "normal" wear and tear? I haven't stripped any yet, but I am wondering how long until it happens....
