Just as an FYI, I've turned approvals back on for CD-Media photos. I wanted to try and see how it would go without approvals, and I've been getting a lot of complaints about the amount of pictures and the content of the pictures.

So, once you upload you can tag the files but then they will disappear until approved. Please give up to 24 hours for your pictures to show up. If, after 24 hours, they don't show up, send me a PM and we'll figure out why they didn't.

Is there any simple method in place or planned to vote a picture down that's already been uploaded (pre-moderation) if it's questionable?

There will be a 'report to moderator' button, eventually. It's next on my list, I think.
