One thing I can promise you...we didn't steal his chicken the second time. Getting one massive bone crunching bear hug from Big Mike was enough to make me give up the chicken for good.

Who is the Cleveland Browns fan and for the love of God, why?!?!?!

*I'm a Browns fan, FYI.

That would be Andy.
I'm not sure about being a Cleveland Browns fan. He's more of a fan of "winning plush toys at carnival games."

What twisted carnival gives out Brown's plush toys as a "winning" prize?

/me is from Cleveland

It was either the Browns, Bengals, or Colts. The theme song of the weekend was "Cleveland Rocks" so I went with the Browns. The twisted thing? I actually wanted a Detroit Lions bear. The other twisted thing...thats only a portion of the animals I had won at cedar point...and beyond!

Its an unhealthy obsession, I know.

Hurray Cedar Point. How did you NERDS like our "little" midwest park. :p

Now, there's an image.

All I see are little kids playing the carnival games with Andy. "Mine, it's all mine!"

Poor kids. :D

[EDIT] : Poor Andy.

bah... you could've gotten the Colts bear and then donated it to the silent auction.

I'm trying to imagine what Grady does with these stuffed animals. My two youngest daughters have many of theirs stacked on their Barbie House in their bedroom, and they put others on their beds.

So... the question is this:

Does Grady keep his stuffed animals on his Barbie House for playtime, or in his bed to help him go sleepy-pie at night-night time?

Seriously, it was GREAT to see this group make it all the way out from New England to IRI. Your crew helped make IRI very fun and a top-notch competition. Thank you for making the trip.

Cedar Point was amazing. As a matter of fact...the whole trip was amazing. I will say...Indiana is very flat, and it was kinda disconcerning when we heard about the sniper on the road we were JUST ON when we got to Cleveland.

Now...I am not even kidding when I talk about OBSESSION. I spent 50...count em...50 dollars on carnival games to win those animals. I spent 20 dollars alone on the little swirly gig with the ring game. What makes it crazier...I dont like roller coasters...so I spent 40 dollars to enter a park, so I could spend 50 dollars on games and ride 2 roller coasters and bumper cars.

As for where I keep them...well...I offered them up to all the NERDS as we were leaving...and I think I only managed to get 1 of them off my hands. Sooooo to the doll house they go. Or the dumpster...whatever is currently closer to my car. Though I will be keeping the Brian doll to put in my living room.

Honestly...we had an amazing time, and I thank you all for welcoming us so warmly. Without a shadow of a doubt, this will be sparking a tradition for the New England Region. We'll be back...with a vengance...and we'll be touting lots of stuffed animals!

::edit:: OH! And next year, I promise we'll be bringing something good for the auction. We wanted to do it this year, but weren't able to throw anything together.
